The beginning of the loan process is a fast pre-approval. This includes filling out a quick loan application and supplying basic documentation to determine your eligibility and buying power.

This part of the process involved one of our loan processors. They will review your loan file, collect any additional needed documents and submit the file to underwriting.

Underwriting

At this stage an underwriter will review your loan file and either conditionally approve or deny your loan based on documentation and loan guidelines.

Closing

Once the underwriter has given final loan approval you will need to e-sign the draft closing disclosure three business days prior to closing. Then at closing you will sign all the final documents with an attorney and once the new deed is recorded the home is officially yours.
